Direct Reports - 4 Zonal Managers, Training Managers & Process Managers Work group size – 550+ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Strategize, Operationalize and Manage Pan India Operations & managed all India expansion plans. • Manage Total Operations Cost and Service performance for all the business verticals – Tele operations, Field operations, Training, Process Excellence and Agent Care. • Manage end to end real estate data management on the portal – pitch, conversion, data collection, validation, quality check and maintenance. • Plan and Execute all the new initiatives. • Submit and manage Pan India operations Budget. KEY VALUE ADDITIONS & ACHIEVEMENTS ? Planned and Lead the Operations expansion to 18 Indian Cities; Entire start up (Location, Contract, Budget, Hiring, Process, Training, Tech and Systems). ? Spear headed the ‘VIRTUAL TOURS & Commonfloor Verification’ program to 18 Cities and successfully completed 0.1 Million Property Shoots within a record time of 4 Months (Productivity of 8-15 Properties per person per shift). The program is called LVT – Listing Virtual Tours which includes the real estate data, Property Pics and the Virtual tour of the property. LVT Program is planned, executed and managed from Concept till Go Live successfully. ? Implemented the SUPER AGENT PROGRAM at in 3 Cities – Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi and on-boarded 100+ Super Agents. Super Agent is the cream of all agents in the portal in terms of Revenue, Listings and Quality. Part of this program implementation, managed the Sales Pitch, Agent Conversion, On-Boarding, Intro Video, App Training and Account Management. ? Piloted LOCALITY Shoots at and on-boarded around 100+ Localities at Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi. Took care of RICO THETA usage and completed around 10K+ Panaromic Images.

Reporting to: Senior Director, Supply Chain - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Portfolio Managed: Pan India E-Commerce Logistics Operations, Startup, S&OP, Warehousing, Distribution, Returns, Vendor Management, Contracts & Licenses, Budget (OPEX & CAPEX), Financial Reporting, Compliance and GFS. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead and Manage Pan India Logistics & Supply chain (DC) Operations for Flipkart Large Products. Accountable for Pan India KPIs – Safety, People, Productivity, Quality and Cost. • Responsible to drive Operational & Service excellence and provide transformational leadership to support Flipkart India business growth through deployment of appropriate Strategies, Infrastructure, Processes, Systems and Human capital. • Launch Pan India E-Commerce Logistics set up for Flipkart Large Business at 4 Cities. Develop ‘Networking & Supply Chain Model’ for Large Appliances. Accountable for creating a Pan India DC Footprint of around 1 Million Square Feet. Responsible for Facility Start up at 12 Cities for Flipkart Large appliances. • Develop Pan India Organization Structure for Large DC Operations; Hire & Build DC Operations team with around 12 Font Line Managers & group size of around 250 people planned at 12 Cities across India. • Develop comprehensive cost model for Large Appliances supply chain cost and set up the P&L structure for the Distribution centre operations • Set up the DC Operational processes and standardize them across facilities in India. Manage the DC Ops team across Large footprint to deliver at the set targets on Safety, Quality, Productivity and Customer Service. • Accountable for Pan India CAPEX and OPEX Budget for Large DC Operations.
