• Manage end to end real estate data management on the portal – pitch, conversion, data collection, validation, quality check and maintenance.

? Planned and Lead the Operations expansion to 18 Indian Cities; Entire start up (Location, Contract, Budget, Hiring, Process, Training, Tech and Systems).
? Spear headed the ‘VIRTUAL TOURS & Commonfloor Verification’ program to 18 Cities and successfully completed 0.1 Million Property Shoots within a record time of 4 Months (Productivity of 8-15 Properties per person per shift). The program is called LVT – Listing Virtual Tours which includes the real estate data, Property Pics and the Virtual tour of the property. LVT Program is planned, executed and managed from Concept till Go Live successfully.
? Implemented the SUPER AGENT PROGRAM at Commonfloor.com in 3 Cities – Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi and on-boarded 100+ Super Agents. Super Agent is the cream of all agents in the portal in terms of Revenue, Listings and Quality. Part of this program implementation, managed the Sales Pitch, Agent Conversion, On-Boarding, Intro Video, App Training and Account Management.
? Piloted LOCALITY Shoots at Commonfloor.com and on-boarded around 100+ Localities at Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi. Took care of RICO THETA usage and completed around 10K+ Panaromic Images.
